Kit Tacos al Pastor

These famous tacos are the original fusion food, a mix between Middle Eastern Shawarma.

The Achiote marinated grilled pork is one of the most famous Mexican taco.

The meat is marinated for hours. Once the meat is grilled it is usually served inside a corn tortilla accompanied of chopped onions*, coriander*, pineapple* and our special Salsa Taquera.

The kit includes:

- Marinated pork meat (to be grilled) in one of the 2 presentations: 

  500 grams or 1 kilo

- 350 cc. Salsa taquera

- Tortillas Taiyari (12 pcs, 14 cms diam)

*To add yourself: 

- Coriander (optional)

- Lime 

- Chopped onions

- Chopped pineapple (ananas, opcional)
